What is the minimum purchase?

You must have an EasySource customer number to order.

The minimum is $200 for the first order and no minimum order after that.

How do I get a customer number?

For those with a legitimate tax ID* or business license*, please fax either to 504-837-9522, or send a copy to:

Please include your email address or phone number so that we may email or call you with your customer number. Please place this customer number in the "comments" section of the order form when you check out.

*Your tax ID or business license must show a TOY or DOLL store name. If it says "Joe's Car Wash" or "Mary, the Wedding Planner," please provide different proof that you actually sell doll clothes.

If you do not have a business license or tax ID, please email us and let us know your situation. You may still be able to get a customer number if you can show us that you are legitimately selling doll clothes. If you sell on Ebay, send us a link to your store or account, showing that you sell doll clothes. If you have an online site, send us the URL.

While we don't care how you sell the clothing (Ebay, craft show, website), We ask that you do not sell our clothing on Amazon. Those who disregard this request will risk having their future orders rejected. Thanks for understanding.

Priority Mail take approximately 2-5 business days. We ship heavier orders via UPS, which takes approximately 5-7 business days.

We cannot take your order over the phone, but we can take your credit card number over the phone if you have your order number ready when you call.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date. We'll refund the cost (minus shipping, unless we made a mistake on your order) as soon as we get the items back.
